On behalf of the Cedar Ridge Homeowners Association Board of Directors, we welcome you to the neighborhood. Nestled at the end of Three Cedars Lane is the delightful community of Cedar Ridge. Cedar Ridge is a residential community in Spotsylvania County, Virginia, with 96 single-family homes.
Cedar Ridge is located minutes off of I-95, just 7 miles southwest of Old Town Fredericksburg. Several military bases are within 30 minutes of driving, including Quantico Marine Corp Base (22 miles north) and Fort Walker (25 miles south). Cedar Ridge is halfway between Washington, DC, and Richmond, VA. Virginia Railway Express (VRE) is a short 15-minute drive and provides a commuting option to Northern Virginia and DC.
